ABOUT ME

Originally from South Florida, I obtained a Bachelor's in Legal Studies from Barry University. I worked as a corporate and commercial real estate paralegal in South Florida for ten years, and later transitioned into municipal government and sales. After 18 years of extensive administrative, legal and sales experience, I decided to switch gears, and use these skills as I devote my career to real estate. Because buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions in one's life, my first priority is YOUR happiness and comfort.

I enjoy time with my husband and son when I'm not working.  Our favorite past time is spending time trail riding our horses, enjoying shows at the World Equestrian Center, and time with friends in all horse disciplines. For the Lanio family, God and family come first, so we also thoroughly enjoy family time, volunteering, giving back to our community, and helping others.
